Colonial Village is a 5 Star Resident Owned 55+ Community located in Largo, FL. Our Community is a small 181 Unit, NO Pet community, with Heated Swimming Pool, Shuffle Board Courts, & a newly renovated & expanded Clubhouse, which has a Billiards table & hosts many social activities through out the week.

The grounds of Colonial Village are very well maintained by our staff, which do a beautiful job of keeping our community as beautiful as it is. Please look through our Photo Gallery to see exactly what we are talking about.

We are also located near many shops, restaurants, golf courses, & Beaches. Other nearby activities would include Largo Community Center, Highland Recreation Center, Cultural Center @ Largo Central Park, & scenic walking trails through Eagle Park.
